My main lines of research in CIBFar are: Study of natural products of vegetal origin. New bioactive molecules are investigated in plant extracts derived from the flora of the Cerrado and Atlantic Forest. Through study guided for activity it is intended to isolate substances with antiparasitic activity, anti-tumor and inhibition of various enzymes.
