My main lines of research in CIBFar are: development of new methodologies for synthesis of Natural Products and analogues, using the concepts of Green Chemistry, as asymmetric organocatalysis and solvents and alternative energy sources. The synthesized compounds are evaluated against several biological assays, including antiparasitic and anticancinogen.
